Regional Marketing Manager

Nuvation Bio, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing innovative oncology treatments. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our flagship product, Taletrectinib.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive the successful launch of Taletrectinib in the regional market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key lung cancer thought leaders and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotional initiatives that foster innovation and market penetration.
- Track performance and adjust strategies to meet business objectives.
- Develop and manage a strategy for thought leader interactions, including building and maintaining US thought leader lists, tracking engagements, and ensuring consistent communication.
- Identify and engage with promotional speakers to represent the brand in regional and national events.
- Partner with internal teams to implement commercial strategies and manage interactions with key accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop proposals for national or local promotional projects that support innovation while meeting business objectives.
- Lead and execute regional and national advisory boards.
- Collect insights from thought leaders through direct engagements, advisory boards, and national/regional events, providing actionable data to inform commercial strategy.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in building relationships with thought leaders and influencing stakeholders.
- Field-Based/Regional Marketing/TLL experience required.
- Oncology experience is required, with an emphasis on lung cancer.
- Strong communication skills, both in one-on-one settings and larger group engagements.
- Demonstrated success in building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and an ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Innovation & Strategy: Proven ability to identify business needs, gather insights, and propose innovative strategies that align with business goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload independently.
- Experience in sales, sales management, and marketing is an asset.
- Experience in organizing advisory boards and conventions is a plus.
- Team-focused mentality.
- Ability to travel up to 65% of the time.
