Manufacturing Operations Leader

SK Food Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our first shift operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of production staff to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, engineering, operations management).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing management role.
- Proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
