Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the membership operations team to achieve sales and retention goals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement, retention, and growth, aligning with the YMCA's mission and vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and execution of membership-related initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members to ensure their growth and success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management, with a focus on driving results and improving processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • CPR/First Aid and AED certification, or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment.
  • Experience working in a membership-based organization, with a focus on customer service and member engagement.
