The Senior Coordinator, External and Contract Manufacturing will provide critical support to the ECM leadership team by coordinating purchase orders and ensuring seamless organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the External Contract Manufacturing team leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense report processing.
- Maintain accurate team calendars with key meetings and events, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and offboarding processes within ECM, ensuring a smooth transition for all team members.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive repository of key TPM information and related documents, ensuring easy access and reference.
- Oversee the creation and approval of all ECM Purchase Orders, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement process improvements for Purchase Order management, highlighting areas for efficiency gains and best practices.
- Monitor accounts payable for ECM Purchase orders, ensuring timely payment and resolving any discrepancies.
- Support SharePoint initiatives, including implementation, maintenance, and standardization, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication among team members.
- Provide additional support to Alliance Managers as needed, ensuring a collaborative and effective team environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the ECM team.
