Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Bilingual Pharmacist to work in a full-time capacity, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy programs, patient assessment, and medication therapy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy programs in accordance with policies and regulations
  • Review patient records to determine the appropriateness of medication therapy
  • Evaluate patient conditions to ensure all issues are being treated
  • Identify untreated health problems and refer patients to appropriate physicians
  • Develop effective medication plans that minimize the risk of adverse side-effects
  • Consult on dosages, medication substances, and administration
  • Assess the results of pharmaceutical treatments
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
  • Keep accurate documentation of medication plans and patient progress
Requirements
  • Current Pharmacist license active and in good standing in the state of practice
  • Retail or Long-Term Care Pharmacy experience
  • Pharmacy System Experience: QS1 NRx or Primecare experience preferred, not required
  • Document Management Software Experience: DocuTrack preferred, not required
  • Clinical Exposure to HIV/Hep C/ Infectious Disease preferred not required
  • Spanish speaking required
  • High School Diploma or GED
