Clinical Pharmacist I

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist I to join our team at Johns Hopkins Medicine. As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will play a critical role in promoting the safe and effective use of medications in the pediatric setting.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective medication therapy to patients.
- Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems in the pediatric setting.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of medication use policies and procedures.
- Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on medication-related topics.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy with a Pharm.D. or BSPharm.
- Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or 2 years of hospital experience.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- Eligibility for licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Florida required.
- PALS certification preferred.
