Bilingual Pharmacist Job Description

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Pharmacist to join our team. As a Bilingual Pharmacist, you will be responsible for developing clinical pharmacy programs, reviewing patient records, and evaluating patient conditions to ensure optimal care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clinical pharmacy programs according to policies and regulations
  • Review records of patients to determine the appropriateness of medication therapy
  • Evaluate patient's condition to ensure all issues are being treated
  • Identify untreated health problems and refer patients to appropriate physicians
  • Develop effective medication plans that minimize the risk of adverse side-effects
  • Consult on dosages, medication substances, and administration
  • Assess the results of pharmaceutical treatments
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
  • Keep accurate documentation of medication plans and patient progress

Requirements:

  • Current Pharmacist license active and in good standing in the state of practice
  • Retail or Long-Term Care Pharmacy experience
  • Spanish speaking required
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • QS1 NRx or Primecare experience
  • DocuTrack experience
  • Clinical Exposure to HIV/Hep C/ Infectious Disease
