Executive Accommodations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service quality.
- Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Collaborate with front office staff to resolve any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets for housekeeping supplies, equipment, and staffing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Assistant Housekeeper, with 2 years housekeeping experience in a commercial environment in a supervisory capacity; OR equivalent level of education and experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
