About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Communications Specialist to join our team at Carter's/OshKosh. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for owning quality assurance and email/mobile campaign deployment for our family of brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Own execution of manual and automated email, SMS, and app push campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Attentive Mobile platform, including quality assurance and change management, audience assignment and filter creation, deployment scheduling, testing execution, and campaign monitoring.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional partners to gather assets and requirements for campaigns, track assigned campaigns throughout the development process via Jira, and escalate and address campaign risks.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with MarTech partners to ensure email technology is implemented correctly and functions within typical campaign cadence, collaborate with marketing partners to support new initiatives and innovation within email and mobile campaigns, and provide updates and status to key partners.
Requirements
  • Must-Haves: Ability to effectively manage multiple campaigns within specific deadlines, strong understanding of up-to-date marketing and email communication strategies and best practices, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Skills: Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure, understanding of a strong promotional-cadence environment, self-motivated, organized, and accountable, and hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
  • Preferred Experience: 3-5+ years of email marketing experience, ideally with a fast-paced, high-volume email program, experience building campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and experience in an agency and/or corporate marketing environment.
