Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and result-driven ABA Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients and their families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and TBI
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in child care or a related field
  • Ability to complete onboarding documents within a reasonable timeframe
  • 40 hours of RBT Module completion within 2 weeks
  • CPR/AED certification
  • CPI certification (preferred)
  • Driver's License
  • Negative TB Test
  • Minimum of 2 years of child care experience
  • Excellent professional references
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and TBI
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and practices
