• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA and autism treatment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education).
• Experience working with children with ASD and TBIs, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education).
• Experience working in a clinical or therapeutic setting, preferably with children with ASD and TBIs.
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices, with experience implementing evidence-based interventions.
• Ability to work with diverse populations, including children with complex needs and their families.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
