Job Title: Behavior Technician

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing personalized care using the principles of ABA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized strength-based treatment plans
  • Collect data, monitor progress, and support client development in areas including communication, leisure and independent play, social skills, and daily living skills
  • Manage problematic/interfering behaviors through effective intervention strategies
  • Provide regular updates to the clinical team regarding client progress
  • Maintain a positive and respectful environment at all times
  • Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers, fostering collaborative relationships
Candidate Qualifications:
  • High school degree or higher
  • Preferably a portion of or complete bachelor's degree in child development, psychology, or early education
  • RBT certification in good standing preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Passion for working with children
  • Reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
