Job Summary

CulinArt Sector is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Field Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for leading the marketing function for the Mid-Atlantic region, supporting growth, innovation, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize exposure and customer engagement for CulinArt Sector's retail operations.
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing department to ensure consistency in marketing standards and initiatives across the region.
  • Train and support operators and regional marketing champions in the implementation of retail and front-of-house programs.
  • Drive growth and guest satisfaction through the execution of CulinArt Sector's beverage and snack strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Wellness, Culinary, and IT, to communicate and implement program support.
  • Analyze and report on progress achieved in target marketing strategies and objectives on a quarterly basis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and/or hospitality.
  • Proven ability to market programs, merchandise, and create outstanding customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and maintain organization in a challenging environment.
  • Extensive travel required, up to 80% of the time, to support operators in the Mid-Atlantic region.
