Lead Our Rehabilitation Team as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to lead our rehabilitation team as a Rehab Director at Legacy Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation in Greenville, MS. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the delivery of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Oversight: Ensure the delivery of high-quality physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services across all locations.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Regularly review and enforce compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Staff Development: Mentor and lead ongoing professional development and training programs for physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Facilitate effective collaboration among all disciplines to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently to meet the operational needs of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology Program.
  • Current license/certification in the state of practice.
  • 2+ Years Experience in healthcare, long-term care setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, insurance, and resident rights.
