Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain nursing guidelines.
  • Patient Care
    • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
    • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Staff Development
    • Provide ongoing education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff.
  • Quality Improvement
    • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in New York State.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
Compensation and Benefits

Triboro Center offers a competitive salary range of $105,000-$115,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
