As a key member of our healthcare team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership to our nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain nursing guidelines.
- Patient Care
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Staff Development
- Provide ongoing education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff.
- Quality Improvement
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and make recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
- Current RN licensure in New York State.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
Triboro Center offers a competitive salary range of $105,000-$115,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
