About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Restaurant General Manager at a Taco Bell franchisee. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  2. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and sales performance.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Requirements:

  1. High school education or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the quick-service industry.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  5. Basic math skills and attention to detail.
