Shifts Available: We have multiple openings for the afternoon (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM) and midnight (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM) shifts.

Position Overview:

This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, physical structures, piping, and electrical systems at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot machine failures and operational issues.
  • Dismantle defective machinery and equipment, replacing or repairing parts as necessary.
  • Install and maintain electrical equipment, including transformers and wiring.
  • Assemble, install, and maintain piping systems along with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
  • Repair and uphold the physical infrastructure of the plant.
  • Operate machine tools (lathes, grinders, mills, drill presses, etc.) for repairs and fabrication.
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance.
  • Manage equipment troubleshooting and repairs, including hydraulic pumps and electrical systems.
  • Execute Continuous Improvement project work orders.
  • Track and report work progress using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Collaborate with reliability teams to procure and manage parts and tools.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with five years of experience in maintaining electrical, technical, and mechanical equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree with two years of experience in maintaining electrical, technical, and mechanical equipment.
  • Prior experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform activities such as walking, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and bending.
  • Significant time spent on the production floor and on feet.
  • Frequent use of hands, sometimes in confined spaces.
  • Occasional lifting of items typically under 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to operate powered industrial equipment and possess color vision.
