Job Responsibilities:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project objectives and specifications.
  • Create detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and procurement strategies.
  • Manage project finances, monitor expenditures, and address any budget discrepancies proactively.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Provide leadership and support to project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and issues effectively.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to clients and stakeholders professionally.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, integrating innovative solutions into project execution.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Construction Project Manager, managing a variety of commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
