Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Valet/Porter within our Service Department at Team Ford Las Vegas. This full-time opportunity allows you to engage with various aspects of our service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers as they arrive and efficiently guide them to the appropriate service advisor.
  • Park customer vehicles with care and precision.
  • Ensure the parking area is well-organized and maintained.
  • Handle the pickup and delivery of customer vehicles post-service.
  • Assist with off-site vehicle deliveries as needed.
  • Conduct service valet functions, picking up and delivering vehicles from the customer’s preferred location within the vicinity.
  • Safely operate loaner vehicles during the pickup and delivery process.
  • Manage and arrange vehicles in the lot, ensuring they are fueled and cleaned.
  • Confirm collection addresses and utilize driver applications to meet pickup and delivery timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Strong adherence to processes to guarantee quality and safety.
  • Successful completion of a drug screening is required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Exhibit sound judgment in all situations.
  • Energetic and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
