Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team. As an Infrastructure Coordinator, you will plan, schedule, and execute assigned programs/projects within the Infrastructure Department. You will interact with key stakeholders, manage contracted crews, budgets, and schedules, and drive excellence within the programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project progress, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgets, and schedules.
  • Promote safety and ensure compliance with company values, plant orders, policies, and procedures.
  • Confirm and report the status of assigned work daily, including contractors' timesheet authorization.
  • Drive KPI compliance and improvement, remove barriers to productivity, and seek opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the field to lead work during execution and support new technology pilots.
