Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Administrator to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees, ensuring seamless and efficient operations across all our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line response for users with technical issues, including logging and tracking inquiries, and documenting resolutions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of user workstations.
  • Manage and administer our Microsoft Office 365 environment, including user setup, licensing, and troubleshooting.
  • Implement and maintain MDM (Mobile Device Management) systems to ensure the security and efficiency of our mobile workforce.
  • Respond to and resolve help desk requests in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Update and maintain our IT knowledge base with solutions to common problems.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
  • Conduct technology training for new users and promote best practices within the organization.
  • Work with third-party support and vendors to resolve technical problems with computing equipment and software.
  • Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Help Desk or similar role, preferably in the Finance industry.
  • Proven experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management), Microsoft Office, O365, and Office 2019.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field is preferred.
