Key Responsibilities

  • Restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition through precise body repair techniques

  • Perform bodywork, dent repair, and paint touch-ups using industry-standard tools and equipment

  • Ensure all repairs meet the highest standards of quality and safety

  • Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining attention to detail

  • Communicate with customers to explain repairs and address any concerns

  • Work closely with the team to achieve overall department goals and objectives

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as an auto body technician or similar role is preferred

  • Technical skills: proficiency in bodywork, painting, and detailing techniques

  • Certifications: relevant certifications or training in auto body repair are a plus

  • Attention to detail: ability to work meticulously and ensure high-quality results

  • Physical stamina: capable of performing physical tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Team player: collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals

  • Tools knowledge: familiarity with tools and equipment used in auto body repair
