Family Care LPN Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LPN to lead our Family Care Center team. This is a full-time position that requires exceptional nursing care under the direct supervision of Physicians and Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners (APRNs).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient management, effective communication, and leadership skills. They will be responsible for preparing patients for physician and/or APRN visits, gathering health data through physical assessments and biological samples, and providing basic patient care as ordered.
This role also involves executing and/or assisting in prescribed treatments and medical interventions, administering prescribed medications, and monitoring and documenting treatment progress and patient response.
The successful candidate will have a minimum requirement of a graduate from an accredited school of Practical Nursing, with active LPN license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky or other eNLC state with multistate privileges.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare patients for physician and/or APRN visits
- Gather pertinent health data through physical assessments and biological samples
- Provide basic patient care as ordered
- Execute and/or assist in prescribed treatments and medical interventions
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be required to maintain active LPN license, achieve and maintain American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), and possess one year of LPN experience.
This is a salaried position with a competitive salary range of $63,000 - $83,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The work environment is fast-paced, with constant exposure to blood and/or body fluids and infection, occasional exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, and moderate noise levels.
