Senior Accounting Position at Frontier Auto Parts

Frontier Auto Parts is a leading aftermarket auto parts distributor, providing high-quality collision parts to repair shops in the Raleigh region since 1998. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Accounting professional to support our team's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify order fulfillment and generate accurate invoices
  • Process customer returns and address billing inquiries
  • Collaborate with drivers to resolve invoice changes
  • Check in drivers and process invoices/post payments
  • Work closely with Customer Service and Warehouse team members as needed
  • Maintain and update team procedures
  • Monday to Friday (7:30 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6:30 pm)
  • Opportunity to work one Saturday (8 am to ~5 pm) per quarter to support inventory reviews
  • Hours over 40 hours/week are paid at 1.5x hourly rate
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Navision or Business Central
  • Supervisor experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Basic auto parts knowledge (preferred, but not required - will be trained)
  • Spanish or Mandarin speaking (preferred, but not required)

Pay is dependent on fit for position and experience. Frontier offers competitive benefits, including weekly pay, PTO, medical, dental, vision, and more.
