Job Title: Senior Wholesale Account Manager

Job Summary:

KI FINANCE INC is seeking a skilled Senior Wholesale Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer account management, with a focus on the wholesale equipment stocking finance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and dealers in assigned regions
* Provide best-in-class customer service and act as a consultant and business partner to assigned client regions
* Design and execute improvements for processes and procedures to meet established goals
* Act as an escalation point person for complex client and dealer issues, coordinating internal stakeholders and resolving issues swiftly
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a business services or similar environment
* Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work as part of a team and lead cross-functional team efforts
* Excellent communication and active listening skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Travel requirement up to 20% within assigned regions
