Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at TIH Insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex financial analysis and reporting activities, providing leadership in the development and implementation of financial analysis processes, and training and guiding junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage junior to experienced staff in the performance of financial analysis and reporting activities.
  • Provide leadership in the development, design, implementation, and ongoing management of assigned financial analysis processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to subordinates on understanding, analyzing, and reporting financial activity and metrics.
  • Monitor assigned activities for compliance with established corporate and accounting policies and standards.
  • Complete and/or review and interpret complex financial and/or business analyses of financial ratios, trends, revenue performance, and expense management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent education and related training.
  • Five years of relevant accounting or finance experience that includes complex financial analysis.
  • Ability to take direction and then work independently to complete tasks while considering broader implications or necessary additional analysis.
  • Ability to build consensus through communication and presentation of factual and relevant information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound and logical decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Benefits

Job Requirements and Specifications

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Location: United States of America. Job Type: Full-time.
