Assessment Coordinator Opportunity

Triangle Springs, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assessment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transition of patients through our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinically assess the needs of patients seeking treatment for mental health and substance abuse disorders.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of initial psychiatric assessments and present symptoms to psychiatrists for best recommendation of care.
  • Refer and triage patients to other sources of treatment when appropriate.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiry calls and presenting treatment options to callers.
  • Collaborate with the business office to ensure seamless transitions into the admission process.
Requirements:
  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with clerical duties and a strong understanding of mental health principles.
