The Intelligence Analyst Solutions Engineer position offers Intelligence subject matter expertise to solutions and proposals tailored to address our clients' challenges and support their missions.

This role reports directly to the CTO Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Intelligence:


Utilizes expertise in intelligence and analytic services to develop solutions and craft compelling intelligence services proposals for contracts where teams of intelligence professionals collaborate with the client to fulfill their mission.

Formalizes intelligence tradecraft in solutions and frameworks that encompass people, processes, and tools aligned with client missions, strategies, policies, guidance, and established procedures.

Plans and integrates a comprehensive set of program components essential for the successful execution of a client's mission, including staffing, operational practices and tradecraft, training, technology adoption, and innovation practices.

Evaluates the current operational environment and recommends practical changes suitable for the mission and organization.

Organizes and facilitates technical exchange meetings with subject matter experts to gather relevant details and tradecraft insights applicable to the pursuit and the client's operational environment and mission.


Solution Development:
Acts as a solutions architect, either leading or contributing, within a Business and Proposal Development Process such as Shipley.
May serve as a team or task leader for solution architects collaboratively working on opportunity proposals. (Not a people manager)
Identifies proposal solution resource needs and coordinates additional support as necessary.

Analyzes client insights and formulates solutions to support current missions with executable planning and roadmaps to evolve programs for future missions.

Conducts research to monitor intelligence and technology domain developments and trends to create new capabilities tailored to client needs.
Identifies solutions based on business and technical criteria, evaluates alternatives based on trade space, and implements designs.
Translates client solicitation requirements into actionable requirements for

comprehensive solutions that adhere to client mission technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Mentors and provides subject matter guidance to proposal and program teams for intelligence services.
Collaborates closely with Capture Managers on planning and executing opportunity pursuits, artifacts, and review gates.
Contributes to proposal writing and coordination of overall capture efforts as needed.
Evaluates, scores, and reports solution quality throughout all phases of opportunity pursuit.
Contributes to and coordinates the construction and delivery of presentations that clearly illustrate technical, management, and transition solutions and components.
Develops Work Breakdown Structures and Basis of Estimate artifacts for proposed solutions.
Reviews and provides constructive feedback on proposal artifacts.

Qualifications for Success:

The candidate must possess the following skills:
In-depth understanding of the Intelligence Production cycle, its components, and roles of intelligence practitioners.
Knowledge of relevant theories, principles, practices, approaches, and techniques of intelligence research and analysis concepts.
Expertise in researching diverse information sources and aggregating pertinent data to formulate solutions and proposal artifacts.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills (including executive-level interface), ability to work independently and in teams, highly organized, deadline-oriented, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Ability to illustrate/visualize processes and organizational structures.

Capability to develop and apply process-oriented approaches in technical solutions and solution components and translate details into proposal volumes and artifacts.

Education:
Bachelor of Arts or Science or advanced degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.
15+ years of related experience in Intelligence Analysis (Intelligence or Law Enforcement Communities).
Familiarity with common intelligence production tools and systems.
Experience in operational intelligence environments and missions.
Due to the requirement for the selected candidate to hold a Security Clearance, US Citizenship is mandatory. Candidates with existing active clearances are strongly preferred.
