The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: Assembler

The Assembler plays a crucial role in producing parts by assembling parts and subassemblies by hand or with simple machinery under the direction of the Production Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and/or pack products for various departments according to work instructions and/or route sheets.
  • Inspect machine at the beginning of the shift and note any issues on a check sheet.
  • Clean and/or lubricate machinery as required to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect and place parts in designated trays to maintain quality standards.
  • Meet specified quantity and quality guidelines to meet production demands.
  • Maintain equipment in a clean and orderly condition to prevent damage and ensure efficiency.
  • Report faulty operation or defective material to the supervisor promptly.
  • Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to use various machines.
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Basic computer skills to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work with a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels and exposure to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles.
