Job Title: Medical Assistant Xray

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant Xray to join our team at Norton Healthcare. As a Medical Assistant Xray, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our medical providers in the office clinical setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative and clinical duties under the direct supervision of a medical provider
  • Assist with direct patient care, including taking vital signs, scheduling appointments, and performing phlebotomy
  • Provide radiology services, including obtaining lab specimens and adhering to safety and infection guidelines
  • Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) and perform clerical and computer work
  • Assist with medical procedures, including calculating and administering medications and vaccinations
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of a medical assistant program or one year of experience as a Medical Assistant
  • One of the following certifications: LXMO, LXMOT, RAD, or RADT
