Job Summary:

The Commercial Fire Service Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to external and internal customers. This role requires a strong understanding of company products, services, and policies, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with appointments, questions, complaints, or problems related to fire safety and alarm systems.
  • Provide basic system training and support to customers.
  • Utilize software, databases, and applications to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with field technicians to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed Call Center metrics while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.
