We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator Simulation Specialist to join our team at St. Luke's Health System. As a key member of our Simulation Program, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering education and simulation experiences that support the goals of our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with stakeholders to identify how the Simulation Program can best support their objectives.
- Design, develop, and deploy education and simulation experiences for our stakeholders.
- Provide feedback and clinical learning during the simulation experience.
- Compile and present reports and updates on the simulation experience, highlighting key takeaways and areas for improvement.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-6 years of related experience.
- Education and/or training experience in a related field.
