Clinical Educator Simulation Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our Simulation Program at St. Luke's Health System. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering simulation-based education experiences for our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify simulation program goals and objectives.
- Design, develop, and deploy simulation-based education experiences.
- Provide feedback and clinical learning during simulation experiences.
- Report on simulation experiences, including lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Accredited program in alignment with licensure requirements.
- Experience: 2+ years related experience in Speech/Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy.
- Education and/or training experience in a related field.
