Job Title: Clinical Educator 2 - 3 Simulation.7 FTE - Boise

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Educator to join our team in Boise, Idaho.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Clinical Educator to develop, design, and deploy education and simulations experiences for our stakeholders. As a Clinical Educator, you will work closely with our stakeholders to identify how the Simulations program can best support their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with stakeholders to identify how the Simulations program can best support their goals.
  • Develop, design, and deploy education and simulations experiences for our stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback and clinical learning during the simulation experience.
  • Provide reports and updates on the simulations experience, including what was learned, and how to continuously improve.
Requirements:
  • Nursing Degree (BSN or Master's Degree in Nursing)
  • 4 to 6 years related RN experience
  • Current RN License in State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
