Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary, approximately $85,000 per year, based on the .7 FTE schedule and the Boise, ID location. Job Description
As a Simulation Educator and Learning Facilitator at St. Luke's, you will play a critical role in supporting the goals of our stakeholders through the development and delivery of high-quality education and simulation experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with stakeholders to identify how the Simulations program can best support their learning objectives.
- Designing, developing, and deploying education and simulation experiences for our stakeholders.
- Providing feedback and clinical learning during simulation experiences.
- Reporting on simulation outcomes and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An accredited degree in a relevant field, such as speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, or physical therapy.
- At least two years of experience in a related field, with a focus on education and simulation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and colleagues.
