The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workflow Coordinator to join our team. As a Workflow Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying and accurately distributing a high volume of accounting and claims related correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and categorize correspondence received from clients according to content
  • Ensure correspondence is assigned to the correct loss number, department, and person
  • Research reported losses to ensure they do not already exist in the system prior to categorizing
  • Assist in responding to client requests
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma is required
  • 2+ years of office experience, preferred
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills for handling high volume intake in order to meet deadlines
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, relationships, and teamwork
  • Open-minded and receptive to innovation and automation
  • Uses judgment and problem-solving skills to detect routine issues
