About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Associate to join our team at Tapestry, a global life and style house. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury goods department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and create a personalized shopping experience for our clients
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all categories, including handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, and more
  • Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture and drive business results
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to build strong relationships and drive sales growth
  • Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds and securing the facility
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, lifting boxes up to 50 pounds, and climbing ladders
