Position Overview

As a Temporary Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales within our retail environment.

Reporting Structure:

Reports directly to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Duties:

  • Completes daily tasks related to store maintenance, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
  • Utilizes technology to support customer relationship building and sales efforts.
  • Restocks inventory on the sales floor as needed.
  • Processes shipments in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively and perform tasks that require mobility and lifting.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
