We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our team and support our Sales and Delivery teams in providing a seamless onboarding experience for our consultants.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding process for new consultants, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Delivery teams to provide exceptional client service and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Manage client logistics, including hotel and flight arrangements for consultants as needed.
  • Ensure all consultants have access to necessary resources and information to perform their job duties effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience and high level of satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
