Project Development Coordinator

Lutech Resources is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Development Coordinator to support project teams in developing wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage local permit compilation, review, and submission
  • Organize and attend local community outreach events, including landowner dinners, open houses, and public hearings
  • Identify, organize, file, and share property owner documentation with internal and external parties
  • Request agreements and coordinate communication between the legal department and the development team to obtain property owner agreements in a timely manner
  • Proofread property owner agreements
  • Pull information quickly using customer management and land management tools and submit requested information in an organized manner
  • Process property owner agreements for agreement payments
  • Accurate and efficient data entry
  • Coordinate communication between the development team with procurement, accounting, and corporate service departments
  • Onboard new vendors and track vendor payments
  • Obtain Service Agreements from the legal department
  • Request and review Purchase Order setup with the procurement team
  • Manage and work with GIS data in coordination with internal GIS team for property data, layouts, and project constraints
  • Other support-related tasks as requested
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of progressively responsible project management experience in energy or a related industry
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Teams, Outlook, and OneNote
  • Proficiency in SAP, Land Management System, and Customer Relationship Management software is preferred
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
  • Sitting/Standing/Flexibility: Ability to stand and sit for 8 or more hours in an office environment
  • Speech/Reading: Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or scheduled form
  • Lifting: Ability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Vision/Hearing: Ability to understand a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form
  • Safety: Ability to understand and communicate safety precautions when necessary
