Senior Technical Product Manager

As a Senior Technical Product Manager at NetApp, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals and market trends.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with company goals and market trends.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products, staying connected to the technical details.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, data science, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product enhancements.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation of product features.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders, including executives, development teams, and sales teams.
- Ensure product quality and usability through rigorous testing and user feedback loops.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
- Previous experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS company.
- 3+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analytics and usability.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Strong bias for action and a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience and deep understanding of Storage and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.
The base salary range for this position is $226,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education.
Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
