Job Overview

The Wholesale Collateral Analyst role is a newly created position at LevelUP HCS to provide support to Front Line staff and various pre to post deal processes and systems in Wholesale Banking North America.

This role will be responsible for the maintenance and work of multiple processes that will be combined to provide seamless inter-booking support, including:

  • Collateral Management
  • Fulfilment
  • Flood Regulation and Monitoring

The job will include various tasks that are expected to evolve over time, including:

  • Providing pre and post deal support on collateral for Wholesale Banking clients.
  • Management of ECPR, and upstream, data and fields to ensure complete and accurate information is captured and maintained for all Wholesale Banking clients.
  • Supporting the Head of Wholesale Collateral Team with subject matter expertise on collateral data, Basel IV implementation, Fulfilment, Flood Regulation and monitoring, among other such projects.
  • Relationship liaison to be a point of contact between third parties (Head Office, Audit, examiners, etc.) and the 1st line credit function, including:
    • Developing and fostering relationships
    • Fulfilling requests
    • Resolving issues
    • Streamlining communication
  • Supporting the team and first line with ad-hoc or planned future mid-stream projects/system implementations.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert support to Front Line staff on collateral management
  • Managing multiple processes to ensure seamless inter-booking support
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with third parties
  • Supporting the Head of Wholesale Collateral Team with subject matter expertise
