Risk Management Business Analyst

AIG is reimagining the way it helps customers manage risk. As a Worker's Compensation Business Analyst, you will play a key role in this transformation.

The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst involves supporting maintenance activities related to Workers Compensation policy issuance systems. The Analyst will report directly to the policy issuance systems business owner and work on a team to meet timeline and quality targets.

The Analyst will monitor team workloads and coordinate testing efforts among team members. Test delivery of changes as part of UAT (User Acceptance Testing); reject failures to IT support and sign off on Production move upon successful testing.

2+ years of experience in Worker's Compensation policy insurance systems is required. Preferred qualifications include Duck Creek Policy and Support Services experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and general computing and technology knowledge.
