Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and manage customer credit risk to ensure optimal working capital and profitability
  • Work with the Credit Team and business management to leverage customer credit information and promote revenue growth
  • Monitor customer payment performance and engage with internal and customer contacts to proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Lead and coach others in the evaluation and management of risk
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-7 years of professional experience, including exposure to the Order to Cash cycle
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building mentality
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, primarily Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and desire to identify and implement process improvements
  • Discretion is essential
  • Manufacturing experience a plus
  • Experience with SAP a plus
  • Experience with Hyperion, QlikView a plus
