Job Title: Risk Insurance Analyst - Real Estate Practice

Join Marsh & McLennan Companies, a leading global professional services firm, as a Risk Insurance Analyst in our Real Estate Practice. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to identify and mitigate risks associated with their commercial real estate investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with insurance program renewals, including data collection and policy review
  • Handle insurance-related requests from operations, including certificates of insurance and auto ID cards
  • Review insurance policies for accuracy and completeness
  • Follow up with insurance brokers on open items
  • Maintain insurance program registry and ensure all policies are received and stored
  • Process and track department invoices
  • Gather renewal data for Master builder's risk and CPL insurance policies
  • Assist with the placement of portfolio-wide property and liability insurance programs and environmental coverages
  • Manage the acquisition and disposition process related to risk management
  • Work with company brokers and outside consultants
  • Assist asset managers and property managers with insurance-related requests and provide risk assessment correspondence
  • Participate in property and liability loss control inspection process
  • Collect, organize, and prepare exposure information and data for analysis
  • Provide quarterly and ad hoc reporting of insurance coverage information
  • Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in risk management, commercial insurance brokerages, or insurance companies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of property and casualty insurance coverage
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
