Criminal Division Supervisor with Strong Leadership Skills

About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Criminal Division Supervisor to join our team in the City of Chesapeake. As a key member of our criminal division, you will be responsible for supervising staff, providing technical support, and coordinating workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise subordinate staff, including training, assigning, and evaluating work
- Provide coaching and counseling to develop staff skills
- Write and conduct employee performance reviews
- Ensure day-to-day operations of the Criminal Division run smoothly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a closely related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in administrative support and supervision
- Experience working with judges, court procedures, and administrative systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience and knowledge of circuit court procedures
- Ability to accurately perform and pay attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel technology
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
