Job Title: EHS Manager

Job Summary:
DSJ Global is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Environmental, Health, and Safety programs that meet or exceed regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses, developing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
• Provide training and support to employees on EHS topics, including safety protocols, emergency response, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with management and employees to foster a proactive safety culture and promote best practices.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, preparing and presenting reports to senior leadership.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our EHS programs are up-to-date and effective.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully managing EHS programs and driving safety improvements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
