Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide necessary customer and support services to patients of Palms Medical Group within your field of training in accordance with stated policies and procedures.
  • Front Desk Administration: Handle all clerical and front desk administration duties, including greeting guests, answering telephones, scheduling patients, and payment collection.
  • Patient Check-in and Check-out: Obtain accurate patient information, verify insurance, and maintain knowledge of accepted insurances.
  • Administrative Duties: Read and adhere to the Front Desk Policy Manual, check emails, and participate in Quality Assurance and other meetings as directed.
Requirements
  • General Development: Must be organized, a self-starter, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional & Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of office equipment, Microsoft Office suite products, and ability to navigate and operate these systems.
  • Licenses & Certifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent, with prior customer service experience and cash handling responsibility preferred.
