Associate Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Product Manager to join our Hemostasis Reagents team at Werfen. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of market requirements for new products, as well as the product management of a dedicated product line.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing interface with R&D, Operations, and QA/RA teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Prepare and coordinate marketing support programs to drive product adoption and customer engagement.
- Contribute to the planning and creation of advertising and promotional materials to effectively communicate product value and benefits.
- Write technical bulletins and newsletters to educate customers and stakeholders on product features and applications.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends to inform future marketing plans and strategies.
- Provide sales technical training to sales staff to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our products.
- Work with field sales staff to develop training requirements and sales tools to introduce new products and sales campaigns.
- Makes presentations to customers to showcase product features and benefits.
- Understand all maintenance, performance, and advantages of Werfen products, as well as technical aspects of Werfen and competitive products.
- Monitor field test and marketing introduction programs to ensure successful product launches.
- Maintain regular communications with technical services on problems with instruments and reagents within the product line.
- Bachelor's degree in biological science, business administration, or marketing discipline, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year prior experience in one of the following positions in the healthcare industry, preferably in the IVD sector: R&D, marketing product specialist, sales, medical technologist in clinical laboratories.
