Job Summary:

The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing comprehensive guidance and assistance to customers. This includes setting up devices, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers warmly and positively, creating exceptional first impressions.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and provide Level 1 troubleshooting for device and service issues.
  • Assist customers with data transfers, insurance claims, loaner devices, voicemail setup, and provisioning of handsets.
  • Maintain knowledge of all product offerings and services, serving as the resident expert for Cellcom and Nsight offerings.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent is required, with at least three years of customer service experience, preferably in a face-to-face environment.
  • Proficiency in using wireless phones and basic computer knowledge is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including good verbal communication and the ability to work effectively in a team.
